Our mission is to empower individuals and families in need to live their best lives by providing
essential items and furnishings necessary to make their living space a home.
How We Accomplish Our Mission
We need your help! We achieve our mission through a combination of
monetary donations, gently used items from our community, and corporate sponsorship.
Volunteers, items, and monetary donations are always welcome!

I absolutely loved working with Make it A Home! Being homeless for 2 years gave me a lot of anxiety and trauma related things. So I wasn't expecting too much because of my previous experiences with people. But Amy was super friendly and very warm. Listened really well to what I like. Now I have a really comfortable safe place I can come home to and de-stress. They know exactly how to make it a home.

I didn’t realize how truly stressed I use to be coming home and now I rally fell like I truly have a home to raise my babe girl, both of my children and have my son come visit me. My experience with MiAH was inexplainable. I wasn't sure on how my house came out and it’s just so homey. I am so happy that MiAH took my story and helped me and my family of four. My children absolutely love it. I don’t know how to thank these wonderful people. I Love MiAH!

There are not enough ways to say thank you! I’m still speechless. Everyone did an amazing job. The little details in each room to make it special. To see my kids so excited and happy to have their own space unique to them made my heart so happy. I have never had a space to myself and my style it’s incredible to feel special. As you know I have been battling many different health issues as well as the Thyroid Cancer for the first time in two years I actually felt happy and not numb to my emotions today. I’m incredibly thankful and grateful for all the hard work put into our home. God bless each one of you. ❤️
